Position Overview

Allcon Roofing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with hands-on commercial roofing experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and grow within a respected, expanding contractor.

You will serve as a key point of coordination between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while upholding Allcon's standards of quality and service.

This position is based in the Upstate region and supports projects across the Southeastern U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through completion

• Track budgets, job costs, and project financial performance

• Coordinate schedules, materials procurement, and site logistics

• Collaborate with superintendents, crews, subcontractors, and vendors

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

• Monitor safety practices and quality standards on job sites

• Process change orders and maintain accurate project documentation

• Utilize project management software for scheduling and reporting

• Support continuous improvement of project processes and field productivity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing

• Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Basic financial and schedule management capability

• Proficiency with construction/project management software

• OSHA/safety training preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
