Your Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of ground-up and interior projects.
• Oversee day-to-day client, consultant, and contractor communications.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and design quality through all project phases.
• Produce and review drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and project standards.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Contribute to firm-wide design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (registration not required).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, including direct involvement in project management.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong design and technical skills paired with excellent organization and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and MS Office a plus.
• Self-driven attitude and eagerness to take ownership in a small, collaborative firm setting.
