The roleThe Project Manager will lead projects through all phases of design and delivery while serving as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. This person will help ensure that schedules, budgets, technical standards, and client expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities include:
  • Leading projects from programming and schematic design through construction documents and construction administration.
  • Managing client communication and maintaining strong working relationships throughout each engagement.
  • Coordinating internal project teams and external consultants to support accurate, timely, and well-integrated deliverables.
  • Developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, scope, and staffing requirements.
  • Overseeing technical drawing packages, documentation standards, and quality control.

  • Identifying issues early and driving practical solutions related to design, documentation, schedule, or constructability.
