Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Location: Dublin, CA, USA
Salary Range: $70/hr - $74.19/hr
Introduction
This role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated technical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, or life sciences environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving execution, delivery predictability, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement within the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
- Experience developing integrated schedules and managing project governance, meetings, action tracking, status reporting, and risks/issues.
- Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify critical paths and drive mitigation, acceleration, and recovery actions.
- Ability to work effectively with technical, quality, facilities/engineering, laboratory, procurement, IT, vendor, and senior stakeholder groups.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with laboratory construction, renovation, commissioning, qualification, validation, or operational readiness.
- Experience in GLP, GMP, or a similarly regulated environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own sprint execution, delivery flow, and release readiness.
- Drive backlog grooming, estimation, prioritization, and Definition of Ready compliance.
- Establish and maintain delivery metrics, including velocity, throughput, capacity, and committed-versus-delivered performance.
- Lead execution across Client and vendor teams, ensuring commitments are met and risks are addressed early.
- Drive accountability with vendors and external partners through clear metrics, issue management, quality oversight, and escalation processes.
