Request ID: 98220-1 Title: Project Manager Location: Duluth, Georgia- Hybrid- 3 days a week from office Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: $45 - $50 an hour on W2 or C2CExperience: 10+ years experience Top requirements from JD: The mandatory skillset required is experience in leading programs in Product Experience Management in retail Store & Ecommerce, respective product development or modernization programs Strong understanding of product data lifecycle: product onboarding, enrichment, attribution, taxonomy, PDP maintenance, UPC/SKU/WebID relationships, imagery/workflow, pricing, promotions, publishing, and downstream channel enablement. Working knowledge of PIM/PXM platforms or product-catalog ecosystems such as STIBO STEP, Syndigo, Salsify, Akeneo, in-house PIM/PXM, DAM/CMS, marketplace, pricing, promotions, and downstream commerce systems. Proven ability to convert business requirements into roadmap, MVP scope, release plan, backlog, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and executive status reporting.Role Description:• Lead enterprise level large Programs in retail, ecommerce, merchandising, digital, or catalog domains.• Experience in leading programs in Product Experience Management in retail Store Ecommerce, respective product development or modernization programs.• Strong understanding of product data lifecycle product onboarding, enrichment, attribution, taxonomy, PDP maintenance, UPCSKUWebID relationships, imageryworkflow, pricing, promotions, publishing, and downstream channel enablement.• Proven ability to convert business requirements into roadmap, MVP scope, release plan, backlog, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and executive status reporting.• Hands-on delivery governance across product owners, business SMEs, architects, UX, engineering, QE, data, integration, SRE, security, vendorproduct teams, and offshoreonshore delivery teams.• Experience managing modernization programs involving cloud-native applications, APIs, event-driven architecture, batch-to-real-time transformation, data migration, and operational dashboards.• Working knowledge of PIMPXM platforms or product-catalog ecosystems such as STIBO STEP, Syndigo, Salsify, Akeneo, in-house PIMPXM, DAMCMS, marketplace, pricing, promotions, and downstream commerce systems.• Strong Agile delivery background using ScrumSAFe, Jira, Confluence, release planning, sprint ceremonies, dependency management, and stakeholder demos.• Ability to manage high ambiguity, run workshops, drive decisions, document assumptions, and align leadership across build-vs-buy, roadmap, cost, scope, risk, and product adoption decisions.• Considerable fluency in JavaSpring Boot, microservices, GCPcloud, ReactUI modernization, KafkaPubSub, APIs, data platforms, loggingmonitoring, and DevSecOps concepts is required to manage technical stakeholders effectively.• Excellent executive communication, customer-facing presentation skills, and ability to produce concise leadership updates, action plans, and proposal inputs.• Strong stakeholder management with business leadership, product owners, architects, delivery teams, and vendorproduct teams.• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive outcome-based execution across multiple workstreams and dependencies.• Excellent communication skills for executive updates, steering committee materials, status reporting, and customer-facing discussions.• Strong risk, issue, dependency, scope, and change-control management discipline.• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across onsiteoffshore models.• Ability to balance delivery execution with strategic roadmap thinking and proposalbusiness case inputs.• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, backlog grooming, release planning, milestone reviews, and decision forums.Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
