This role focuses on program financials and supports Tech leadership in program-wide activities. It involves coordinating and facilitating routines to support technology delivery, planning, and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports.
- Knowledge/experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
- Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Self-motivation and self-direction with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
