Must Have:
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Significant manufacturing operations/facilities experience
- Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site/inter-site projects
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budget, resource, risk, and issue management
- Experience with testing, validation, implementation, and go-live
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in medical device or regulated environments preferred
- PMP/formal project management training preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
