Introduction

Join our Global Markets Tech Data Program Office, a dynamic and horizontal function responsible for overseeing all data programs across our organization. We ensure seamless delivery of high-impact and regulatory data programs within Markets and across the Enterprise space. We are looking for a dedicated individual to plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables, requiring engagement from multiple teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in managing tech projects
• Results-oriented with the ability to develop and manage relationships based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge
• Strong business, technology, and program/project management acumen
• Proven ability to resolve program and project issues and mitigate risk by negotiating solutions that meet expected results
• Proficient with standard tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to understand the functionality of the project
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills at an executive level
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
