This role will report into EVP, Talent Practice and support the Practice team in bringing to life industry-shaping initiatives across events (virtual and in-person), content, research, asset management, and member engagement. S/he will support all Talent Practice functions, alongside a broader team. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who can translate strategy into action, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders at a senior level. They must have initiative and proven work ethic; strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time. In addition, the ideal candidate will share our team values: exceptional member service, commitment to quality, proactive leadership, supportive collaboration, and an ability to have fun.Primary Responsibilities:Program & Project Management
  • Manage the day-to-day core Talent Practice initiatives for unit success
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives, including Talent Council meetings and flagship events such as Global Day of Learning
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams (e.g., MarCom, events, membership) and external partners and suppliers
  • Track progress against goals and proactively identify and resolve risks
Event & Experience Execution
  • Manage select virtual and in-person events for the Practice
  • Support event content development, agendas, and speaker engagement as needed (calendaring; PowerPoint creation and editing; liaising with event speakers and internal/ external stakeholders)
  • Ensure a high-quality member experience across all touchpoints
Content & Communications
  • Support development of presentations, reports, and thought leadership materials
  • Support communications and development of marketing collateral in collaboration with ANA internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across internal stakeholders and Talent Practice team
Data, Research & Reporting
  • Track and report on program performance (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc)
  • Own invoicing and assist with financial reporting
  • Contribute to maintaining databases and ensuring accuracy of member and program data
Operational Support
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and documentation for Talent initiatives
  • Support website updates and content / asset management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Qualifications:
  • Relevant associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years prior relevant work experience in a corporate or high-paced office setting
  • Proven project management experience. Familiarity or experience with specific project management software and disciplines a plus
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications with aptitude for learning data and/or CMS / CRM systems
  • Strong Excel skills and experience creating reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules
  • Proficiency using Zoom, and other virtual platforms
  • Familiarity with the marketing and advertising industries is a plus
