Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is a role that will be instrumental in delivering the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) vision and roadmap. This individual will assist with the end-to-end project management of the Consolidation Program implementation. This role will help drive the execution of project work plans; help manage throughout the project lifecycle; help manage project scope; drive project changes, risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID); weekly status reporting; help manage integration of intra/inter-dependencies across projects and integrated work plan milestones. This role will partner with senior stakeholders within the FS&T organization as well as across the broader MedTech and Corporate Finance and Technology organizations to drive execution. A proactive, results oriented leader with deep Project Management skills and SAP experience. Qualifications: Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent is required.
- Post-graduate degree preferred.
- Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations
- 5+ years of Finance, Accounting and/or Consolidations experience is preferred (Finance processes and/or technology)
- Demonstrated experience driving and delivering projects of various sizes & durations. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong technical aptitude - proven experience with SAP ERP and SAP Group Reporting system implementations, including implementation approaches, timelines, and activities is required
- Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required
- Solid understanding of project support tools like Jira, MS Office
- Healthcare Industry experience is preferred

| 60% | Project Management Responsible for helping drive large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle - from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies all in accordance to the FS&T PMO Integrated Reporting Framework. Executing the PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include:

| 35% | Leadership, Communication, and Relationship Building Cultivating a close working relationship with the project core team leads to understanding overall requirements and identifying risks and opportunities. Contribute as an active and engaged member of the team to ensure the success of the overall program. Lead meetings with business, technical and global representatives regarding the project activities, timeline, and issues. Articulate project status, key issues, and dependencies to all levels of management. Work closely with FS&T leaders on project communications and key meetings, agenda setting, coordination and consolidation/creation of materials, follow ups, etc. |
| 5% | Project Quality Track and report on all key project management deliverables. |
