Job Description
Pay Rate: $90/hour
Summary:- Hybrid work model
- Locations: Iselin, Chicago, Charlotte
- Lead cross-functional projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 5-7 years of project management experience required
- Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Lead project teams and facilitate stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment with business objectives
- Select and apply effective methodologies for each project's requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks, track progress using appropriate tools and metrics
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- Manage change requests and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with external vendors and third-party partners
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverables
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and facilitate vendor resource integration
- PMP/RTE or equivalent certification
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects
- Experience coordinating and managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership
- PMP, RTE, CAPM, CSM, or similar certification
- Experience in the financial services/asset management industry
- Familiarity with capacity planning, scoping, and resource allocation
- Experience with vendor management
