Job Description
Pay Rate: $40 per hourSummary:
- Location: Greenville, SC
- Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and streamlining
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with Adobe software to create/modify PDF files
- Experience in process documentation and substantiation
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience with project management software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflows
