Project Manager

Pay Rate: $40.09 per hour, W2 Summary: Location: Greenville, SC Duration: 12 Month Contract Work Mode: ONSITE Weekly Hours: 40, Monday - Friday core business hours with some flexibility (e.g., 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm) Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate project resources and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment. Strong project management skills and experience with project management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Experience managing budgets. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in manufacturing. Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software for creating/modifying PDF files. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
