Project Manager

Pay Rate: $90/hour Summary: Hybrid work model Locations: Iselin, Chicago, Charlotte Lead cross-functional projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies 5-7 years of project management experience required Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources Lead project teams and facilitate stakeholder communication Ensure alignment with business objectives Select and apply effective methodologies for each project's requirements Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain documentation Identify and mitigate risks, track progress using appropriate tools and metrics Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders Translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables Manage change requests and maintain quality standards Coordinate with external vendors and third-party partners Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverables Ensure compliance with service level agreements and facilitate vendor resource integration Required Skills: PMP/RTE or equivalent certification 5-7 years of project management experience Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Strong understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage large, complex projects Experience coordinating and managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership Preferred Skills: PMP, RTE, CAPM, CSM, or similar certification Experience in the financial services/asset management industry Familiarity with capacity planning, scoping, and resource allocation Experience with vendor management
