Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's project at the Defense Technology Transfer Program, and perform the following duties:

Establish partnerships with industry, academia, and other government agencies
Promote growth and commercialization of technology
Serve as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the CO and the COR
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
Responsible for the oversight of the entire project interfacing with the customer along with the project manager in some cases
Display knowledge of all aspects of the project, including IT inventions and technology transfer
Develop project from inception to deployment
General experience in information systems design and/or management
Develop and manage the PMP
Manage and motivate the team
Provide necessary approvals
Develop project reports
Enforce Quality Management System and company proprietary methodologies.
Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches

An Ideal Candidate has:

US Citizenship and a TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, A PMP is preferred
5 years of relevant experience
