Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:

Identify, analyze, and drive global investments
Maintain cross-cutting project management trackers and systems to ensure accountability across teams
Institutionalize project management and performance management best practices
Lead and motivate the team
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Develop additional guidance for staff use of the CRM and project tracking systems
Create investment portfolio governance and structure, including leads and active transactions
Lead data analytics and process improvement throughout the organization
Develop the investment manual and complete the knowledge management function

An ideal candidate has the following:

U.S. Citizenship
Minimum Education: Master's degree
Minimum Experience: 10 years of global investment banking/private equity consulting experience
Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
Must provide three supervisory references at time of application
