Join beqom - where tech meets impact

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company that provides industry-leading tools for pay equity and transparency, compensation, and performance management.

Trusted by some of the world's most respected companies, beqom enables HR and business leaders to navigate global compliance and make smarter pay decisions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Founded in Switzerland and serving clients worldwide, our powerful, enterprise-ready products are fuelled by beqom pay intelligence.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at beqom, you will be at the centre of our product deployment - owning customer implementations and ensuring the successful integration of the beqom SaaS solution into our customers' HRIS environments and processes.

You will act as beqom's primary interface to each customer throughout implementation and go-live, working closely with internal teams to deliver projects on scope, on budget, and on time. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable engaging with senior customer stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves on the detail.

This role involves business travel, predominantly in the US but occasionally internationally, representing approximately 20% of working time.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as beqom's primary interface to each customer during implementation and go-live.
  • Ensure projects are managed and delivered according to agreed scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage proactive change control with customers and partners, ensuring all work is confirmed in advance and appropriately scoped.
  • Work with Architects and wider stakeholders to ensure the scope for each project or change is clearly understood and documented.
  • Manage the quality and cost of delivery, and actively manage resource performance.
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies, constraints, risks, and limitations likely to affect project success.
  • Create detailed project-level plans, resource projections, budgets, and RAID logs, alongside any other governance materials needed to actively manage risk, cost, and quality.
  • Provide clear progress reporting to technical and non-technical audiences, acting as the primary point of ownership for all project stakeholders.
  • Work with customer sponsors and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

Skills & Experience

What you'll bring

  • A strong customer focus, with the ability to balance customer needs against business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to recognise internal and external stakeholders, build effective relationships at senior level, and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing project budgets, scope, and timelines.
  • A strong track record of proactive risk mitigation and dependency management.
  • A process-oriented mindset, applying best practices and defined methodology to project delivery.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Bonus points if you have

  • Formal project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM.
  • HRIS or IT implementation experience.
  • Additional languages - please indicate in your CV with proficiency level.

Why join us?

  • Your career, your design. Unleash your ambition in our dynamic, autonomous environment.
  • Drive meaningful change. Build a fairer future for every employee by joining a market leader that is improving the world of work.
  • Belong to something bigger. Collaborate with a passionate, diverse and talented team around the globe.
