Job Description

A customer-focused General Contractor consultant is seeking an Owner's Representative/Construction Project Manager, to help them deliver senior housing renovations and commercial projects across the LA metro area while representing their clients interests from planning through completion.

Your Day Includes

Manage multiple commercial renovation projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
Represent owners and coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and project progress.
Resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct site visits and coordinate project activities, with travel up to 30%.

Must Haves

10+ years of project management or Owner’s Representative experience on commercial construction projects.
Commercial renovation experience; comparable experience with a Commercial General Contractor is acceptable.
Senior housing experience preferred; post-tensioned (P.T.) concrete construction experience preferred.
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
