Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our high-performing team in Lyman, SC. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage boiler projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments when necessary.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the boiler, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
