Job Description

Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our high-performing team in Lyman, SC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of boiler projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage boiler projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments when necessary.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the boiler, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
