Job Profile SummaryResponsible for planning, directing, and coordinating extremely large complex projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished using best proactive methodologies within prescribed business requirements, time frames, and funding parameters. Performs technical tasks and/or leads teams in projects of extremely complex scope, importance, and/or complexity. Leads development and implementation of technical standards and specifications. Assumes responsibility for interpretation of business aspects and overall project success. Regularly called upon to make unreviewed decisions.

Job DescriptionAs the IT Project Manager IV, the ability to resolve sophisticated problems, explain difficult issues and cultivate positive relationships are all important skills needed for this role. This role will also require extensive knowledge of the software development process and how to use business applications for a competitive advantage. We are looking for someone who can bring a new perspective on existing solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and safety!

Responsibilities/Expectations:o Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact to our organizationo Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycleo Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise staff and to resolve issueso Measures and reports project performance to our leadership teamo Cultivates relationship with our clients and company partnerso Collaborates with others on software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment managemento Uses business applications for competitive advantageo Applies knowledge of business challenges to improve products, processes or serviceso Interprets internal/external customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies responseso Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:o Required: Bachelors degree in IT-related field or engineering; minimum seven (7) years experience in project management with a minimum three (3) years experience in information technology or minimum eleven (11) years related business experienceo Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Other Requirements:o Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityo Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillso Has developed conceptual and practical expertise in own fieldo Strongly Preferred: Experience managing IT infrastructure projects and programs including core hosting, corporate and field network, cloud implementations, etc.o Preferred: Experience in oil and gas industry, preferably leading projects that work with field/operationso Preferred: Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, both large and small in fast-paced environmento Preferred: Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audienceso Preferred: Extensive knowledge of plan development and execution, scope planning, schedule development, cost estimating, budgeting, and control, communications planning, risk identification and risk response controlo Preferred: Data Bricks & Big Data Analytics experienceo Infrastructure Experience is a must have
