THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a complex, large-scale transformation programme with significant business impact. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure consistent execution in an international environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large, complex programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Coordinate multiple workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues
Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery standards
Support and oversee migration initiatives, including website migration projects, within broader transformation programmes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience managing complex programmes or projects in an international environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
Excellent organisational and analytical capabilities
Experience delivering migration projects, including website migration initiatives
Experience in consulting or financial services is advantageous
