Ours is an exhilarating place to work! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT MANAGERIf you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Project Manager! 5+ years of project management experienceORBachelors degree

Must have demonstrated knowledge of life-cycle records management processes, including experience developing and/or implementing file plans, records inventories, and records disposition schedules in both electronic and paper-based environments

Knowledge of federal records management laws, regulations, directives, and best practices sufficient to ensure compliance with federal and Agency requirements

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of contract tasks

Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and Agency staff

Individual will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, work plans, project-estimates, and status reports of project activities A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or federal or military experience are preferred. DAY-TO-DAYThis is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, with in-office, hybrid, and remote work options available.  Project Manager is responsible for the performance and delivery of all contract services through direct supervision of all contract personnel. The PM directs and oversees all activities with a focus on the technical and operational aspects of the plan; serves as liaison between FEMA and corporate staff. Meet with designated FEMA POC as required. Ensure project activities and objectives are completed in a timely fashion. Oversee compliance with records management regulations and guidance. Ensure the execution of records management processes and activities. Advise and coordinate with government records management professionals on record management best practices. Schedule leave/training for contract personnel within required timeframes and in a manner that ensures continuity of support. Provide reports requested by CO/COR. Monitor personnel attendance and performance. Ensure compliance with all Government security requirements.
