What Will You Do?
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
- Manage the entire project life cycle:
o Project Planning:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
o Execution & Monitoring:
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks.
o Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
o Resource Management:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
o Reporting:
Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
- Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.
Position requires to be onsite in Duluth, GA.
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
Sitting for long periods of time, working on a computer, walking on the prodcution floor as needed
Your Experience Should Be...
- Bachelor's degree in business/engineering preferred.
- 5 + years of project management experience
- Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.
- Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
