▶︎ Key Responsibilities

Manage security and infrastructure-related projects from planning through delivery
Act as a coordination point between internal teams, external vendors, and clients for security initiatives
Support the development and rollout of security-related services and operational processes
Oversee multiple security projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution
Manage project documentation, schedules, deliverables, and issue tracking related to security operations
Participate in customer-facing activities, including security assessments, solution proposals, and service reviews

▶︎ The Right Candidate Will Possess

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining attention to detail
A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Professional-level business communication skills in both Japanese and English

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure services, with exposure to network and/or security domains
General understanding of security services such as governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response
Experience in project management, service delivery, or operational coordination roles
Ability to work effectively in a bilingual, cross-border environment

Preferred Qualifications

Security-related certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 or similar security frameworks
Network or cloud-related technical certifications
