Job Description

SummaryWe're looking for a people centered Project Manager who can lead complex, cross departmental projects with clarity, empathy, and accountability. In this role, you'll guide initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensure alignment across teams, foster trust and collaboration, and help deliver high-quality outcomes that support the City's strategic priorities and serve our community.Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross functional projects from initiation through closeout.Facilitate collaboration, communication, and problem solving across departments.Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.Contribute to improving PMO processes, tools, and organizational project capability.

QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university with major course work in Project Management, Business, or a related field. Three (3) years of leading and directing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, and organizational impact, including process improvements, system implementations, or strategic initiatives.Certifications PMP Certified or the successful completion of the PMP certification within 12 months of employment.
