Job Description

Currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to fill an opening with a high end residential general contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have 8-10 years with at least 6 years of that experience must be on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from preconstruction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
Report directly to senior management
Oversee budget management
Development and management of all project documentation
Subcontractor contract management
Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.

Requirements of the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

At least 6 years of project management experience on high-end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
