Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: 3 day onsite, 2day WFH
Client Industry: Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
About the Role
An Excellent Opportunity for Technical Project Manager to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely project execution
- Lead and manage various functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
- Prepare high-quality presentations and executive-level reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financials
- Utilize Excel for data tracking, modelling, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Support organizational planning efforts, including headcount management and operational dashboards
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to gather and synthesize information
- Drive project updates, status reporting, and issue/risk tracking with a detail-oriented mindset
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of project management or operational support experience, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills; able to communicate complex information clearly
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $60-$65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
