We’re looking for a Field Project Manager who can take ownership of projects in the field and see them through successfully. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead trades, manage schedules, communicate confidently with clients, and stay actively involved to keep projects on track and standards high.

What You’ll Do

· Manage day-to-day field operations to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to a high standard

· Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics

· Perform carpentry, demolition, punch list work and other practical work as needed

· Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project

· Monitor quality, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a clean, safe, professional jobsite

· Work closely with internal teams on schedules, budgets, change orders, labor needs, and project success

What You Bring

· Experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects in the field

· Practical experience across carpentry and general jobsite tasks, with the ability to step in wherever needed to keep projects progressing

· Ability to manage subcontractors and crews and maintain accountability on site

· Professional communication skills with clients, vendors, and coworkers

· Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment

· Pride in delivering high-quality work and creating a positive client experience
