Job Title: Project Manager Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 Months Detailed Description of Services: " Responsibilities o Support the E&M Policy, Strategy, and Oversight Office (PSO) in establishing safety critical functions Investigations: Implement an E&M internal investigations process " Codify the internal investigation process including identifying thresholds and communication with regulatory authorities " Perform investigation activities including root cause analysis, corrective actions management, and communication of findings " Coordinate with key stakeholders on investigation activities (MBTA Safety, E&M Department Leaders) Corrective Actions: Implement tools for the management of regulatory corrective actions in E&M " Develop workflows that integrate corrective actions from multiple sources into one workflow " Develop tools that support efficient and effective management of corrective actions Audits: Develop Safety Assurance Activities " Develop department wide safety assurance plans for OSHA programs " Develop supporting documentation for Safety Assurance activities, including schedules, checklists, and key metrics " Coordinate with key stakeholders in E&M for developing and implementing safety assurance plans Support the Director by contributing to projects and organizational initiatives as assigned. Logistics o Location: Employee will report to 21 Arlington Ave, Boston MA 02129. o Schedule: 40 hours / week o 8 AM-4 PM though there is flexibility to start earlier or later. "
