Project Manager (WMS / Supply Chain)
Position: Project Manager (WMS / Supply Chain)Location: Hybrid | M-Th Onsite, Fridays remoteContract Length: 12 months, W2 only, with potential for extension or full-time conversionPay Rate: $70.00-75.00/hour + optional benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match)
Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of warehouse and supply chain technology initiatives. This role will focus on day-to-day execution, coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution across warehouse initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and vendors
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Support FIT (Functional Integration Testing) and pilot activities
- Facilitate regular status updates and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between project goals and execution
Required Skills
- Experience in Project Management within supply chain, logistics, or IT environments
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
Required Education No Education Requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with warehouse operations or WMS platforms
- Exposure to system implementations or technology-driven projects
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar
