Job Title: Project Manager Location: Tucker, GA 30084 Type: Full-Time, In-Person Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually (with potential to exceed based on qualifications) About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial electrical projects in Tucker, GA. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, potentially exceeding this range for exceptionally qualified candidates. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of commercial electrical projects, ensuring optimal efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Responsibilities: Oversee contract reviews with the Estimator and set up project folders. Utilize a project startup checklist for effective project initiation. Coordinate schedules, manpower, and logistics with General Foremen. Analyze project costs, refine budgets, and discuss cost-saving strategies. Develop installation approaches and prepare project documents, including plans and budgets. Manage material buyouts, prepare submittals, and handle RFIs to ensure timely procurement. Negotiate material pricing, manage vendor accounts, and coordinate material orders. Maintain daily communication with project teams and manage project logistics. Verify invoice pricing, track orders, and manage change orders and billing schedules. Ensure project documentation is complete and maintain updated job folders. Communicate effectively with utility companies and other stakeholders. Foster positive client relationships and maintain proactive project management. Benefits: Competitive salary. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical environments. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and computer literacy. 5+ years in construction management.
