About the Role
Enterprise Developments LLC, a division of Cronkhite Property Management, is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-family construction projects ranging from 4-plex townhomes to 100+ unit apartment communities. This position reports directly to the GM/Operations Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle--from pre-construction planning to project completion--ensuring each build meets quality, budget, and timeline goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Ensure construction meets quality standards and is ready for leasing turnover
- Monitor job progress and enforce safety compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and leasing teams to align project goals
- Assist in building and developing the construction division, including team growth
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (multi-family experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of general construction, building science, and building codes
- Ability to analyze project cost data and identify corrective actions
- Proficiency with computers and mobile technology (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work occasional extended hours, including some weekends, based on project needs
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience overseeing multi-family or residential development projects
- Familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, and CAD systems
- Experience leading teams and managing vendor/subcontractor relationships
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
