Position: Project ManagerLocation: In-person | Full-timeSchedule: Monday–Friday + Weekends

Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? AA Marble & Granite (dba Crowe Custom Countertops), a family-oriented leader in the countertop industry, is looking for a proactive, outgoing, and determined individual to join our dynamic sales team!

What You’ll Do:

Be a team player—because at Crowe, we win or lose together.
Set and achieve realistic sales goals while actively seeking new business.
Embrace a “hunter” mentality to drive growth and close deals.
Develop accurate cost estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.
Follow up on bids and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients.
Guide customers through the entire countertop process with professionalism and care.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure top-tier service.
Collaborate with a diverse network of professionals, from suppliers to contractors.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in outside sales, customer service, or general sales (preferred).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.
A self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven environment.
