Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of experience managing and building residential remodeling projects Expert-level skills in rough and finish carpentry, including cabinetry, doors, and windows Ability to manage project schedules, client communication, budgets, and trade coordination Oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects, from pre-construction to closeout Conduct regular on-site client meetings and coordinate with designers, sales, and production Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Support hands-on carpentry tasks when necessary and ensure high-quality finish work Complete punch lists, manage warranty follow-ups, and deliver final walkthroughs with clients Salary: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including car, tool, cell phone and truck sign allowance after 30 days; health insurance with 85% of individual coverage paid by the employer and 2 weeks of PTO after 60 days (increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years); 6 paid holidays after 90 days; and after 1 year, eligibility for 401(k) and a 3% profit-sharing bonus upon company goals being met.
