Description

Join a well-established, specialty construction firm as a Project Manager in Braintree, MA, overseeing terrazzo and tile projects throughout New England. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation with a strong reputation for craftsmanship, major new project wins, and excellent long-term career potential.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:

Construction project management experience required
Manage all aspects of multiple small to large-scale construction projects throughout New England
Terrazzo experience preferred to support project planning, execution, and quality control
Coordinate with superintendents regarding labor and material issues affecting project efficiency
Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, vendors, and other construction trades
Order materials and supplies to help maintain project schedules
Prepare and manage quantity takeoffs, submittals, samples, shop drawing reviews, change orders, and RFI/ASI responses
Strong organizational, communication, Microsoft Office, and project management software skills required

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
