Take the next step in your career as a Project Manager in Lake Mary, FL 32746, with a fast-growing commercial general contractor specializing exclusively in tenant improvement (TI) buildouts and interior office renovations throughout the Orlando area. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:

5+ years of commercial construction experience (TI/interior renovations required) – Manage office buildouts and commercial renovation projects typically $100K+.
Strong blueprint and drawing reading skills – Review plans thoroughly and ensure accurate project execution.
Commercial GC background (no residential-only experience) – Oversee projects from estimating through closeout.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and budgets effectively.
Experience with estimating and buyout processes – Participate in bidding, subcontractor selection, and scope review.
Financial oversight skills – Track costs, manage budgets, and support end-of-year performance results.
Strong communication and leadership abilities – Interface with clients, subcontractors, and company leadership.
Willingness to work in-office (no remote work) – Support projects throughout the Orlando area with occasional site visits as needed.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
