Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager based in Southern Maine and Northern New England, working with a growing construction management firm known for integrity, transparency, and delivering high-quality commercial projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, managing commercial, retail, and multifamily projects Overall responsibility for project logistics, financial management, cost auditing, forecasting, and monthly cost reporting Managing project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and procurement from buy-out through closeout Leading and developing direct reports, including Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents Reviewing plans and specifications, managing RFIs, submittals, and document control Issuing and managing owner and subcontractor change orders and pay applications Ensuring quality and safety standards are met through site visits and enforcement of protocols Maintaining strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
