Description

A growing construction advisory firm is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in Dulles Airport, VA to lead high-impact aviation construction projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative owner’s representation and project management consultancy known for disrupting traditional construction delivery through modern PM tools, efficient reporting, creativity, and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Senior Project Manager position include:

5-10 years of construction project management experience, preferably with aviation, airport, commercial, cargo hangar, or large buildout projects.
Strong MEP expertise with a client-facing approach, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and project control tools.
Experience using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6; Revit and CAD experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients while managing multiple projects as the PM-in-charge.
Oversee designers, contractors, and vendors while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans.
Develop baseline schedules, schedule updates, cost estimates, and project controls while resolving logistical and operational challenges.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
