Step into a high-impact federal construction environment with a close-knit team in Marietta, GA, where your work directly shapes critical projects. This Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, Commercial Federal Construction opportunity offers the chance to lead commercial construction efforts tied to federal contracting, with a strong backlog and real day-to-day influence in a small office setting.

Qualifications and responsibilities for thisProject Manager / Senior Project Manager, Commercial Federal Construction position include:

Commercial construction project management experience with federal contracting experience required.
Mechanical background; VA/hospital, Army Corps, renovation, and ground-up experience preferred.
Degree not required; PMP, OSHA 30, or CCM preferred.
Manage project scope, schedule, and delivery for projects typically ranging from $1.5M-$8M (around $5M average).
May manage multiple projects initially until fully staffed, with 1-2 Superintendents/Project Engineers per project.
Utilize Procore, MS Project, RMS, Bluebeam, and Quick Bid to support planning and execution.
Support a federal-focused GC environment with direct impact, flexible WFH considered case by case.
Participate in an interview process with Coral, then Brandon, followed by a final decision (hoping to offer within 2 weeks).

Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: 100% employer-paid employee health, dental, and vision; bonus target 12%-20% of base; 80 hours PTO; 40 hours sick time; tuition/certification reimbursement.
