Project Manager

Build your future with a growing, people-first construction organization delivering reliable, high-quality mechanical work across South Florida. In this Project Manager opportunity, you’ll own projects from contract through closeout while coordinating field teams and subcontractors to keep schedules, safety, and profitability on track in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. This is a hybrid role requiring just one day per week in the office, with occasional site visits as project needs arise.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience; mechanical/HVAC experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, building products, construction details and design, applicable regulations, and quality standards
• Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects from contract through completion
• Develop project understanding to order materials and equipment, issue subcontracts, manage billings, RFIs, change orders, and submittals
• Maintain working knowledge of project contracts, subcontracts, general conditions, scopes of work, and specifications
• Establish cost-control centers for equipment, materials, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs
• Procure and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors; inspect jobsites for compliance, workmanship, and safety
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with strong written and verbal communication, time management, and customer relationship skills
• Work a hybrid schedule with one day per week in the office and occasional project site visits

Salary: $120K-$185K per year, commensurate with experience.
