Job Description
Minisoft needs a rock star at project planning and tracking. Do you thrive on helping people get organized and love to help developers learn how to build and manage project plans? Can you quickly dig in and understand complex products, people and problems? Does hunting down status and plan updates make you giddy? The candidate should demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:- Outstanding energy and communication skills- Master of MS Project and excel- Handy with tool development to automate project tracking and status reporting- Ability to lead the daily scrum The candidate will be responsible for the following:- Project plan updates and status reports- Coaching developers on project management tools and techniques- Assisting other Project Management staff with plan updates and monitoring progress- Managing open issues and resolution Additional requirements:- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Math, or a related field degree required. Minimum of 2 years project coordination / management experience in a software product development organization
