• Direct resources and coordinate activities related to electrical construction and maintenance projects
• Develop project estimates and budgets and calculate change proposals
• Build positive working relationships with project owners, contractors, and design teams
• Collaborate with vendors and trade partners to execute subcontracts and purchase orders
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needed to maintain productive project progress
• Review and approve product shop drawings and verify completed work meets project specifications and estimates
• Communicate with owners, contractors, and design teams to resolve construction, work procedure, and project-related issues

What You Need to Bring to the Project Manager Role:

• Associate’s degree in an approved electrical course of study
• Minimum of 6 years of electrical field experience
• Journeyman or Master Electrical license in North Dakota or Minnesota
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and estimating software such as Accubid or McCormick
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to adapt to change and work professionally with a wide range of personalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster a positive, productive team environment
• Established company with more than 40 years in the electrical industry
• Diverse mix of commercial, agricultural, and utility projects
