Are you ready to make an impact and help us shape the future of finance?The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and business outcomes within a factoring and financial services environment. This role requires a strong and demonstrated capability in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives using PMO standards, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting

Integrate Organizational Change Management practices into project execution, including stakeholder impact assessment, communication and training planning, adoption risk mitigation, and post-implementation sustainability

Partner closely with Operations leadership to deliver improvements across core factoring processes

Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans and requirements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and customer centric

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability

Execute projects in alignment with PMO methodology, contributing to consistent delivery practices, transparency, and continuous improvement
Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in financial services or operationally intensive environments

Strong, hands-on experience applying OCM as an integrated part of project delivery

Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with experience engaging both executive and operational audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in factoring, asset-based lending, or commercial finance

Formal OCM training or certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)

Experience leading operational or system implementations with significant end-user impact
