At ECI, the job is different. We work on hydroelectric dams, tunnels, and underground and geotechnical projects that most contractors won't take on, and our project managers own the whole job: the schedule, the budget, and the owner relationship. There are no layers between you and the decision. If you have been running work inside a larger contractor and want a job where the project is actually yours, this is that job. What you'll do:

• Lead project teams with safety, quality, and productivity as non-negotiables 

• Train your project engineers to run work of their own 

• Run change orders and risk, and keep the owner relationship solid 

• Direct field engineering, surveying, and quality control 

• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and resource allocation 

• Own CPM schedules, budgets, cost accounting, and forecasting 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management 

• Minimum 5 years experience heavy civil construction project management on U.S. based projects 

• Proven CPM scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management 

• Willingness to travel to long-term project sites across the Midwest 

• Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without employer sponsorship 

A plus, not a requirement: dam, hydro, tunnel, or geotechnical project exposure; EIT certification; survey or layout experience; an internship with a heavy civil or underground contractor. 

• $105,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and project scope
