JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for an experienced Majesco Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of insurance technology projects using the Majesco platform The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in insurance domain processes project management methodologies and Majesco implementations Policy Billing Claims
The role requires managing endtoend project lifecycle coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring delivery within scope schedule and budget
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Execution
Plan manage and deliver Majesco implementation projects endtoendDefine project scope schedule budget and resource allocationDevelop detailed project plans milestones and timelines
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholdersManage expectations and ensure alignment with project goalsConduct regular status meetings and executive updates
Team Leadership
Lead crossfunctional teams includingBusiness analystsDevelopersArchitectsQA teamsCoordinate onshoreoffshore teamsProvide guidance remove blockers and ensure productivity
Delivery Execution
Ensure timely delivery of project deliverablesMonitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation plansManage change requests and scope adjustments
Majesco Implementation Oversight
Oversee implementation ofMajesco PolicyMajesco BillingMajesco ClaimsEnsure adherence to Majesco best practices and standards
Risk Quality Management
Identify track and mitigate project risks and issuesEnsure quality standards are maintained across deliverablesConduct reviews and ensure compliance with governance processes
Vendor Integration Management
Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and system integratorsOversee integrations with external systems APIs payment gateways CRM etc
Required Skills Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related fieldPMP PRINCE2 Agile certifications preferred
Experience
10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in projectprogram managementProven experience delivering Majesco implementations or similar insurance platforms
Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of insurance processesPolicy lifecycleUnderwritingBilling collectionsClaims managementExperience in PC Life or Health insurance
Technical Delivery Skills
Experience with Majesco productsPolicy Billing ClaimsFamiliarity withAgile Scrum SAFe methodologiesSDLC processesIntegration patterns APIs middlewareKnowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure is a plus
