Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects across infrastructure, technology, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management skills who can independently drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities-Lead multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery.-Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.-Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.-Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, and vendors.-Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate project status.-Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.-Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication to leadership.-Drive projects using Waterfall methodologies, with Agile development cycles where applicable.-Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.Key Requirements-5+ years of Project Management experience.-Experience managing multiple small- to medium-sized projects concurrently.-Strong experience with IT infrastructure and technology projects.-Retail and/or supply chain experience strongly preferred.-Experience with Waterfall project management and exposure to Agile methodologies.-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.-Proven ability to work independently and drive execution.-Strong organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.-Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.-Supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related technology experience is a plus.
