Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Location: United States ,Texas,Dallas Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes effectively. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless execution. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and project updates to stakeholders. Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, compliance, and best practices. Foster collaboration, communication, and accountability among team members. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3–7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience managing IT, software development, or business transformation projects. Ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
