Job Title: Project Manager Location: USA,Texas,Dallas Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across various business functions. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and issues with mitigation strategies. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and manage stakeholder communication. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with business requirements. Manage project documentation, status reports, and executive updates. Oversee vendor relationships (if applicable) and ensure contract compliance. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience in IT, business, or operations projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification. Experience managing projects in technology, finance, or healthcare sectors.
