Must-Have Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience- Fluent in English-- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines- Strong research and analytical skills- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and learn new tools quickly- Ability to make independent decisions as well as collaborate effectively with a team- Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication both written and verbal- Energetic/self-starter with the ability to take direction and act quickly

· Technical Skills: Program Management, IAM, PAM, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, KPI Monitoring, Dependency Tracking, SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Jira, and Power BI.

· Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Leadership, Executive Communication, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, Influence, Negotiation, Prioritization, and Execution Management.
