Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure all construction activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling tools, and technical schematics will drive project success while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about managing large-scale projects that make a tangible impact on infrastructure development.
Overview of position: Travel to remote locations to build camps, office complexes, warehouses, etc. Capable of Managing Temporary Labor, Multiple Subs and Vendors Simultaneously
Experience Requirements:
- Construction project management
- Understanding MEP drawings
- Trenching
- Blueprints
Education Requirements:
- HS Diploma
Credentialing Requirements:
- Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- DMV
- Credit check, dependent on job assignment
Physical Requirements:
- Based in Houston, TX
- Lift 50 pounds
- Stand outside 10-12 hours a day
Travel Requirements:
- 100% Travel
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $30 per hour
